Jonah!

in the book of Jonah,

¹ Now the word of the LORD came to Jonah the son of Amittai, saying, ² “Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry out against it; for their wickedness has come up before Me.” ³ But Jonah arose to flee to Tarshish from the presence of the LORD. He went down to Joppa, and found a ship going to Tarshish; so he paid the fare, and went down into it, to go with them to Tarshish from the presence of the LORD.

this story doesn't stop here... it went on that Jonah was being thrown into the sea and being swallowed and being in the belly of a fish for 3 days and nights...

^2:7 “ When my soul fainted within me,
I remembered the LORD;
And my prayer went up to You,
Into Your holy temple.

as i was reading, it dawn to me of His grace and His love, never fails. many of the times, we go through situations that somehow or rather, it makes us draw a little farther from God. still, God has His ways of finding us back and being on track with Him. =)
